☐ Original high school diploma
☐ Passport (The original will be checked and a photocopy taken.) (The period of stay in Turkey must not have been exceeded; or, if residing in Turkey, a residence permit, identity card, etc.)
☐ Transcript of secondary school grades (showing courses for each term)
☐ Bank statement confirming payment of the contribution fee to the relevant bank
(Any fee difference that may arise in accordance with the Presidential Decree will be collected at a later date. Clause 2 of the Undertaking)
☐ 2 photographs (4.5 × 6 cm)
☐ Turkish language proficiency certificate, if available (Turkish nationals who submit this certificate and have completed their secondary education abroad will be placed in the first year.)
☐ Foreign language proficiency certificate, if available, for applicants to programmes taught in a foreign language
☐ Detailed extract from the population register with a record of legal status for dual nationals (The document must specify the date of acquisition of Turkish citizenship.) a- All students who have been admitted to the Faculties of Medicine and Law are required to submit an extract from the population register with a record of legal status under all circumstances.
